The poster for Blow-Up by Antonioni was my first commercially used design, printed while I was still a student at college.  This is the original artwork I submitted.

Advertising agencies commissioned many artists to do posters for the movie studios at the same time, and it is a case of luck if a design gets an unanimous vote by any number of decision makers.  Many of my finishes were rejected but I did manage to have a few accepted.  Here are a few samples of the ones accepted and rejected originals.
